Did you know that you can conduct a skip trace with a Private Investigator to obtain an up-to-date address for that person? All we would need to do this is the individual’s full name, date of birth, last known address, and social security number. Some may say, “oh, but I don’t have that type of information being their social security number” Not to worry, we can still help assist locate them without you knowing that piece of information! With just their full name, date of birth or estimated age and a last known address, we would then be able to obtain their social security number to locate them (you will not be supplied with the social security number unless proof of legal necessity are provided in writing).

You may also think, “well I saw an Ad online to pay a small fee to access this information,” but did you know those sites are not as accurate and up to date? The databases we can access are not ones that are accessible to the public and you need to have a license to be able to access them.

We also base our research on that person’s social, therefore you know you are getting all the right information for that individual. The fee for this service is just $75.00 if you have the persons social. If you do not have the social, we can obtain it for an additional fee of $75.00, bringing the total cost to $150.00. The turnaround time is usually within 24 to 72 hours (about 3 days), if not sooner! If for any reason, there is not a new address located (ex: This person recently moved as this can take up to 30 to 60 days (about 2 months) for records to update) we offer a one time, no extra cost, recheck on that Skip trace; recommended usually after the 30-60 days (about 2 months)’ time-frame and by then a new address may be found.
