We have found that most of our callers have an issue of trust as it pertains to someone they know. Since you are meeting us for the first time and should learn to trust us, we will make every effort to reassure you that we can and should be trusted!

When we perform surveillance on our client’s behalf, we will begin the reassurance with a text thread between you the client and myself as the owner and the operative. A text thread, sort of a group chat between the client and our team member in the field.

The operative in the field is required to obtain a photo of the location they were dispatched to upon arrival and every hour thereafter.

This is our way of reassuring the client that we are doing what we are paid to do!
